Booking confirmation
Reservations made by customers in the system have two ways of confirmation:
– The confirmation of the booking is made by the owner of the business.
– Confirmation of bookings through the system (automatic and manual).
When a booking enters the system, then depending on the settings we have chosen the booking can be confirmed by the booking confirmation:
- Be confirmed automatically, as soon as the deposit is paid online.
- It can be confirmed by the owner of the business when the advance payment is made offline.
- Be confirmed automatically regardless of the advance payment.

You can choose how the advance payment will be made:

There is the possibility of automatic charging for delivery – pick-up depending on the location served each time and the duration of the vehicle rental.
After hours cost
There is also the possibility for automatic charging of delivery-pickup when it is done outside working hours & possibility to set different hours for weekdays and weekends.

Different charge depending on the type of vehicle
The software allows you to change the prices depending on the type of vehicle and the different extras available.
It charges differently for example the gross insurance for the types of cars belonging to group A, B, C and differently for the types belonging to group D, E, F and so on.
Prices by season - Price change - Offers
The system sets the prices for each group of cars according to the rental days and according to the season and then automatically applies the prices to all types of cars belonging to the group.
It has the ability to make an immediate price change (decrease or increase) both to an individual vehicle type or to an entire group within a very short time.
The same can be done with offers per vehicle type. It can also define specific vehicle types as offers.
Discount coupons with the possibility of different discounts depending on the duration of the rental
The system has smart discount coupons that can be used depending on what we want to achieve.
Types of coupons:
- Pre-booking Coupons.
- Season Coupons.
- Pre-Booking Coupons, Pre-Booking Coupons, Pre-Booking Coupons.
- Partner Coupons
- Special Coupons
The discount (%) or the standard amount corresponding to each coupon is calculated on the net rental value of the car (before VAT and without extras).
