Graces Cruises Milos

Our company is a joint commercial venture between two Kimolos and Milos connected old friends, Gerry Ventouris and Averkis Gaitanis. We are covering what we believe is under provided in the local area in terms of fast, safe, comfortable boats for personal pleasure. Milos, Kimolos and the nearby Polyaigos offer a wide variety of coastal pleasures, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, canoeing and the full enjoyment of a unique quality of crystal clear sea, unique coastal rock formations, sandy and pebbled beached all ready for exploration. The islands also offer inland beautiful sites for visiting, both archaeological and others, the most important being the old Christian Catacombs and the nearby site of the ancient city of Milos, which includes the area where the famous statue of Venus of Milos was discovered and the sunken ancient city of Kimolos (accessible by sea) and the unique rock formation of the SKIADI (meaning a place providing shade) which is a mushroom shaped rock formation made over thousands of years by the wind eroding the lower part, leaving the upper part intact, hence the mushroom like form of the rock.
